Shipping & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will send you instructions for your return. Email us @ info@lusajewelry.com . 
LUSA JEWELRY will accept items purchased from LUSAJEWELRY.COM that are unworn and in original condition within 14 days of date of purchase.

After 14 days of purchase there will be NO exchanges. Exchanges that are approved via email must be returned in the original packaging that you received it in, and in a padded envelope.Please note that If the item returned is damaged no exchange or store credit will be given. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 4-6 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase via USPS.  

Free shipping for orders over $250. For orders under $250, shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

 

LUSA JEWERLY is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.

MAKING A RETURN:

The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the packaging. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the packaging.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. Lusa Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Lusa Jewelry will process your return upon receipt of the package. Lusa Jewelry must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or worn during the 14-day period.

Limited Warranty
Lusa Jewelry guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of it. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. Please refer to our Product Care Policy. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
